Glue Guns won hands down as the favorite all time craft tool. What did we do before glue guns? Remember holding an object for 30 minutes waiting for the glue to dry only to have it shift at the last minute?
For those ambitious souls, have you tried the cordless glue guns? I wanted a glue gun for a very remote area with no power and thought the cordless would be the way to go.
Cordless is not cordless. Cordless glue guns are actually glue guns you can unplug for a couple of minutes, glue something, then plug back in.
It took some research but I found a true cordless glue gun. It is actually a butane glue gun and works on the same premise as a butane lighter. They are triggered on and will stay on for upwards of five hours. Refilling them with butane will give you another five hours instantly. No charging, no cords, no adapters. Not mainstream but worth the effort.
