The hardest part of being self employed is getting started. Finding self employment opportunities is necessary if the dream of working at home is ever going to be reached, but where are the work at home jobs?

Anyone who looks for self employment opportunities is going to, constantly and repeatedly, run into one hated thing: Internet scams. Learn how to avoid scams, and weed out the real opportunities from the sites that just want money. Knowing how to become self employed can be as easy as knowing where the work at home jobs are found. The Internet, in spite of the scams, is a great way to find self employment opportunities that could lead to viable work at home jobs. Look for work through reputable job boards, instead of typing in keywords through search engines. Keyword searches are a great way to find scams, but not such a great way to find self employment opportunities.

This work from home position requires you to:

* Be at least 18 years old & a US resident
* Have a reliable computer with internet access
* Have a valid e-mail account
* Basic internet research skills
* Working Email knowledge
* Typing skills (recommend 30-35 WPM)
* Standard correspondence skills & etiquette (grammar, spelling, layout etc...)
* Telephone (Landline or cell is acceptable)
* Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times while dealing with clients.

In addition to the above requirements, you MUST be able to follow instructions closely and completely.

The majority of contact is via E-mail, there is very minimal phone contact involved with this position. All of your work assignments will be delivered to you via E-mail. This allows you to work a very flexible schedule and chose whichever hours are most convenient for you (days, nights or weekends). You will be paid $15.00 for each assignment you process. Each assignment will take the average person between 15-20 minutes. This means if you process 15 assignments in a week you will make approximately $225 weekly working approximately 5 hours. The amount of money that you earn is entirely up to you. It really depends on the amount of time and effort you choose to put forth.

Once you have been hired, you are considered an Independent Contractor. This means that your taxes will not be taken out; therefore, you will not be provided with any tax forms. THIS IS ENTIRELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
