Economists from TD Bank predict a cumulative deficit double that laid out in Ottawa's most recent budget. Will the government return to a surplus in 2013-14 as predicted by Finance Minister Jim Flaherty?
TD predicts the government will run a cumulative deficit of $167 billion over the next five years. That's twice what Ottawa estimated in their January budget.
