Alipay surpasses PayPal as Top Third-Party Online Payment Platform

With over 200 million users, Alipay announced July 6 that they had become the largest online payment processor in the world.

Alipay's owners beat their own projection that it would take 3 years to climb from 100 to 200 million subscribers; they accomplished this is just 10 months.
