Last year I won Working America's Bad Boss Contest, and earned a free vacation! For those who don't recall, I wrote about the millionaire dentist who stole money from my paycheck on 9/11/01 because everyone canceled their appointments, and production was low that week--however, I was paid hourly, not based on production. Not to mention, there was a national tragedy that superseded his need for my $13/hour.
