If, like Sara, you're making the transition to work-from-home, there's an understandable adjustment period. In the last installment in my Telecommute Today series I'll discuss expectations and misconceptions you may come across at first. The fact that you may not be wearing pants while participating in a conference call may really bother some people. How can she possibly conduct business if she's not even wearing pants? Answer: easily.
