AUTOMOBILES. The Coalition for Auto Repair Equality, a group of independent auto repair companies, has hired Fowler Communications to help push a bill to require "auto manufacturers to disclose information to independent repair shops necessary to repair both foreign and domestic automobiles," according to lobbying records.
