Sure, the type of food you eat is very important.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from sugar and artificial ingredients. Drink lots of water.
These things are important but, if you miss the fact that portion control is also important, you could be in big trouble. Eating to much causes obvious problems like indigestion and acid reflux. Over eating also causes high blood sugar and leads to obesity and diabetes. This will cause health problems even if you are eating the right foods.
