Healthy Mexican Food

This article includes my grandmother's recipe for tacos. I grew up eating these. They are fantastic. There is a slight change though. We used to deep fry the corn tortilla in oil and now we just spray them with oil. An easy switch, taste wise, you can't hardly notice.

The salsa is also my grandmother's recipe. Healthy and delicious, it keeps well in the fridge for more than a week! I hope that when you make it you will try it on more than the tacos. This salsa is also great on eggs.

Some very interesting info there. Some stuff I didn't even know and I am a nutrition student. I have to admit, I am not the biggest fan of Quinoa. I probably haven't tried in prepared correctly.
