Living to Feel Good is a real girls journey to getting healthy. She graciously shares her tips with all of her readers threw talky blogs (video posts), and posting tips and recipes. It is really fun and very personal. Living to Feel Good is filled with personality.
The Living to Feel Good challenge is to post three days worth of meals in order to give others ideas on healthy meal options. I am very excited to see what other do. I am doing this challenge on my personal blog Get Green Things so stay tuned. I will probably post all my food tonight.
After participating in this challenge I think that this is similar to food journaling and would be a great exercise for anyone. With digital cameras and free blogs this would be an easy and fun way to chart your progress. Also, you could print out good meals in proper portions and put them on the fridge. I think that I may actually do that too. The possibilities are really endless when it comes to this idea.
