Fiber

I'll am probably not the first to tell you, fiber is great! Yes, it is a wonder that this hasn't been considered as such a wondrous food until now. The fact that body does not absorb fiber, yet it makes your body feel full, it is almost too good to be true. Now, they put in everything because it makes a great cheap filler.

Be careful though. Processed foods are processed foods. You should not be eating too much of them. Also, there is a chance that people will begin to abuse fiber, causing gastrointestinal problems we have never even seen before.

Fiber supplements are useful, but do not over do them. Also, I didn't have room to recommend this in my article but, do you know who fibers best friend is? Probiotics. Your colon's vitamin K making bacteria will love this combination. Try high fiber cereal with yogurt or kefir.

Remember all plant foods contain fiber and these are the places to get it as well!
