Poll: How Do You Communicate Online?

I'm wondering what the main form of online communication is. Do most people use email to communicate with friends, family and co-workers online? Maybe instant messaging is the most popular form of communication online, it wouldn't surprise me.

With blogs becoming so popular these past couple of years maybe some people consider their blog to be their main form of communication. Forums and chat board have always been popular. When I first started using the Net in 1996 I definitely used forums and chat board much more than I used email. Not true now, but the Net has changed a lot since then.
