I've had good luck at Old Navy, especially for my 13 year old son. The only thing he complained about, was that the shorts hit him above the knee. So, he wears these low-riders! He's almost six feet tall, so everything pretty much runs too short.

About a month ago, I found some great racer-back type sleeveless sweaters for under $20. I like their shirts, because they run a little longer in the length. And if you're long-waisted like me, that really helps.
