After 28 Days Working out with Wii Fit, I Need some Variety!

Day 28....I have to admit, it is getting a little harder to find the time to work out everyday. But I find that I look forward to hearing the avatar say, "Good morning!" in that chirpy computer voice. Still, I am happier when I'm finished.

And I have to admit, I cheated a little yesterday. That left over birthday cake was too hard to resist! So I am paying for it today. I worked out a little longer on Wii Fit and will walk an extra mile on the treadmill.

I am trying to figure out a way to vary my routine. If I am bored after 28 days, how will I do after 60 or 90 days? So, now I don't start with cardio, then strength, then yoga. I am beginning to change it up. So today I started with strength, then a few yoga poses, then step and hula hoop (which I hate) and finally another couple yoga moves. And I try to vary the exercises a little bit. I don't do the same ones every single day. Also, I am trying extra hard to improve my score on each yoga pose and get better balanced. (Not an easy feat when you're not a natural athlete.)

Also, today is my day to rant, because I have to tell you, I am really sick of salads!! And I tend to get the big salad instead of the small one, and that is worse than eating a sandwich! Yesterday, I discovered this great chili at Trader Joe's. It is their organic vegetarian chili. It is made with tofu, and I could swear there is meat in it. I love the stuff...going to buy some more today.

I've tried Weight Watchers snacks. Their blueberry muffins are pretty good, but the chocolate muffins weren't that great.

Please let me know if any of you have ideas for low cal snacks. I get bored easily.
