Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Week

Sweepstakes winners will enjoy an overnight stay and complimentary breakfast for two at a top hotel, a personal culinary experience and 12 dinner vouchers.

The Downtown Cleveland Alliance invites residents and visitors to enjoy the first ever Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Week.

Between Sunday, February 24 and Saturday, March 1 2008, 42 participating restaurants in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, offer a pair of three-course, set-price meals for $20 and $40 and parking for just $2 or discounted taxi rides.

Guests will also have the opportunity to win a personal culinary experience and overnight stays with dinner downtown. Diners will be handed a sweepstakes entry form together with their bill following the meal (one form per bill). There will be two Grand Prize Winners, two Second Prize Winners and twenty Third Prize Winners.

Culinary visitors are encouraged to follow the great itineraries put together by Positively Cleveland (the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland) showcasing all there is to do downtown before they enjoy a great dining experience.

Gourmets can't miss combining the Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Week with a visit to the ongoing Chocolate: The Exhibition (at the Great Lakes Science Center until May 4, 2008), a unique journey back in history to get the complete story behind the tasty treat and how it became the romantic staple it is in our society, as well as learn about the plants, products and culture of chocolate.
