Catching up on Crossing Jordan

I've decided to get back into Crossing Jordan now that Grey's Anatomy is done for the season. But I stopped watching it halfway through last season, and now I'm confused. Does Leslie Bibb play a psychiatrist or is she a detective? Have Woody and Jordan slept together? What's going on with Dr Macy? Lily? Bug? Someone fill me in!
