Kite returns to Cold Case

Lilly called Kite! Lilly called Kite! On Cold Case, just when I had given up all hope that Josh Hopkins would return as Assistant District Attorney Kite (by far the most interesting - and believable - of Lilly's love interests) she calls him in last night's episode.

Clearly this doesn't bode well for Pepper Dennis, which currently employs Hopkins. But since I'm more invested in Lilly than in Pepper, I'd give a hearty welcome to the return of Kite. Make him a series regular already!
