The Polar Express & Natalie Grant

Their partnership focuses on the 2006 release of the dazzling family Christmas classic, "The Polar Express Special Edition DVD."

In partnership with this year’s special release, Natalie Grant kicked off her annual Christmas tour with a performance at the world renowned Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade atop The Polar Express float, singing “Believe,” from the Polar Express motion picture soundtrack. Her highly acclaimed holiday album "Believe" also releases this Christmas season, supported by Grant’s nationwide Believe Tour, which made its way to 13 U.S. cities and ran through December 17.

In addition to the cross promotion with Natalie Grant, Motive Entertainment and Warner Home Entertainment are proud to join forces with Prison Fellowship’s Angel Tree program this Christmas in support of their remarkable efforts of meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the families of prisoners. Warner Home Video will also provide 1,000 promotional copies of the Polar Express DVD for giveaway to churches and Angel Tree children in need. Nearly half a million children of prisoners will receive Christmas gifts in the name of their incarcerated parent, along with the Gospel message of faith, hope, and love through Angel Tree this year.

As a part of the partnership, when The Polar Express Special Edition DVD is purchased from Amazon.com , a portion of all purchases will benefit the ministry of Angel Tree. Angel Tree will likewise coordinate with their network of nearly 12,000 partner churches on behalf of Warner Brothers in support of The Polar Express release. Angel Tree has helped more than half a million children of prisoners each Christmas across the United States and continues to give year-round with volunteer based programs including outreach and mentoring.

Joining the ranks of holiday classics such as It’s A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, Miracle On 34th Street and A Christmas Carol, The Polar Express has quickly become a cherished holiday film that families everywhere have made a part of their traditional holiday celebrations.
