Myrrh Signs Mark Roach

Since 2004, five of Roach's songs have appeared on a total of seven national compilation projects including Fervent Records' 2006 release Absolute Modern Worship 2 and SongDISCovery [vol. 53]. He has been featured at SongDISCovery.com, purposedriven.com/worship and myrrhworship.com. and shared the stage with the likes of Mercy Me, Matthew West and Jonah 33.

As the worship pastor at Morning Star Church, one of the fastest-growing churches in Missouri, Roach was obviously born to share his music with the world. His relationship with Christ and exposure to modern worship has birthed in him a desire to write relevant, accessible, Christ-centered songs for the church.

Roach comments, “My calling as a songwriter and worship leader is ultimately to be a resource to the church and the team at Myrrh share that same desire. It’s such an honor and privilege to have the label come alongside me and my ministry.”

Roach’s debut album is being produced by Nathan Nockels, whose name has become synonymous with successful worship acts such as Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Charlie Hall and the Passion projects.
