Family Life Network (NY) has added “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” “Hark!,” and “Jingle Bells/Go Tell It On The Mountain,” on seventy-three stations in the northeast. American Family Radio Network added “Hark!,” “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” and others after seeing the spectacular performance of Annie Moses Band at the recent R&R Christian Summit in Nashville last weekend. This comes on the heels of Moody network adding two songs for rotation after Thanksgiving and doing a nationwide promotion with "Bethlehem, House Of Bread." (Read Suite review here).
At the same time, Gospel Music Channel has added the same three songs as Family Life, along with “Red, White and Blue Christmas,” which is a bonus track on the group’s new DVD, “Christmas with the Annie Moses Band.” Both projects are now in-store at all Christian and General market retail outlets and the CD is also available for download at the iTunes Music Store, Rhapsody.com, and WalMart.com.
Media is also embracing the new project with upcoming reviews in CCM Magazine and Charisma Magazine. On the TV side, 700 Club ran a feature in late October that included "Bethlehem, House Of Bread" and there are upcoming appearances on Cornerstone TV, Family-Life TV, Atlanta Live, CTN “The Good Life,” and an interview on the syndicated radio outlet, United News & Information.
The nine-state Christmas tour is underway with Annie Moses Band heading to Florida this week and Georgia the following week. As usual, the response has been strong on the tour with sold out dates and brisk sales for both the new CD and DVD.
“We have been overwhelmed with the tremendous response we have received for "Bethlehem, House Of Bread,” says Annie Wolaver, lead singer and violinist for Annie Moses Band. “We feel privileged for all of the wonderful opportunities the Lord has provided us and feel so enthused and inspired to continue our ministry of promoting the Arts in schools and churches across the country.”
