Free iPod for Students, Teachers

To qualify for the free iPod nano or free or discounted iPod touch (after rebate), you must purchase a Mac using the Apple education discount, which applies to faculty and staff members at a public or private higher education institution in the U.S. or students of these institutions (parents buying for their child qualify too). Employees of K-12 schools in the U.S., school board members, PTA or PTO executives, individuals from qualified homeschools, and employees of preschools also qualify.

Products must be purchased from the Apple Online Store for Education Individuals, an Apple Retail Store, Apple Telesales, or an Apple Authorized Campus Store located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Buy a new MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, or Mac Pro and an iPod nano 8GB ($199 rebate) or iPod touch 8GB, 16GB, or 32GB ($299 rebate) between June 3 and Sept. 15, 2008, and submit your rebate online.
