Attempted Mortgage Fraud Uncovered

The Bradenton Herald has reported that a <a href="http://www.bradenton.com/mld/bradenton/news/local/16135842.htm">Brandonton, Florida Real Estate Broker has plead guilty to mortgage fraud</a> . Mary E. Bolan plead guilty to one count of conspiracy and 20 counts of mail fraud. She tried along with 20 other defendants that took part in a scheme to bilk a New Jersey lender on 30 residential properties.
