The Decision Making Process

Buyers often ask me what makes a property a good buy. It is very difficult to say, because the purchase of a home is subjective depending on the criteria for an individual buyer.

As a realtor I often make an effort to point out the negative and positive features of a home. There are some issues that are harder to overlook than others. Knob & tube wiring, galvanized plumbing and mold are issues that can be very expensive to repair and need to be addressed immeadiatly. Issues such as style, colors, and lot size depend on the individual. Making an informed decision about a specific property can be the most important step in the purchasing process.
