The year 2007 will be the 400th anniversary of the founding of Jamestown on the James River in Virginia. It will also be a year in which consumers and other interested parties will be looking for new developments in hybrid cars. Hydrogen fuel cells have still failed to reach their promised potential, but maybe new advances will come.
Autonomous robots have recently put in some impressive performances, and automated transportation networks may be just around the corner. I predict we will hear a great deal about such things in the media in 2007.
All in all it promises to be a very interesting year. May you remember the good, put any bad behind you, and look forward to the coming year with hope and good spirits. Here's to a Happy New Year, and hopes of many more to come.
