NASCAR completed the second day of testing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, with Carl Edwards leading the morning practice session with a speed of 184.256 mph (29.307).
Juan Pablo Montoya led the afternoon practice session with a speed of 186.761 mph (28.914).
