Gene Haas Sentenced To 2 Years

Gene Haas was sentenced to two years in federal prison for conspiracy to cheat the govenment out of millions in tax money. The 54 year old pleaded guilty to the charges back in August.
Haas CNC has recently hired former Gillett Evernham drivers Scott Riggs and Jeremy Mayfield.
Current sponsor Best Buy is likely to leave the organization and assume sponsorship at Gillett Evernham Motorsports for driver Elliott Sadler.
