Headaches can take a definite toll on your emotional well-being. You should never be too proud to seek support and/or counseling. Therapists are professionals who have logical, unbiased answers to your questions. They are trained to listen and counsel. Besides counseling, there are online and in-person support groups for patients, friends, and families. Foundations and societies can provide information as well.
