Mysterious Lights in Portugal

According to eyewitness accounts, the object was moving across the sky in a speedy fashion when it suddenly slowed down and hovered. The red and blue lights were observed as it spun in place.

The two friends observed the object three times and were able to get pictures of the strange object. This is the second time that a similar event has taken place in the area in the past three months. Several sightings were reported from September 8-15 by a guest staying at a local resort.
