Bluestones at Stonehenge Moved by Glaciers?

They now state that the massive stones were moved along by glaciers during the Ice Age. Geochemical analysis was used to determine the origins of axe heads found at Stonehenge. The axe heads may have been made from left-over pieces of the monoliths themselves and have been matched to outcrops found in the Preseli area.

Up until now, the most accepted theory has been that Bronze Age man transported the massive bluestones from a quarry in Wales (240 miles away) and erected them on the site.

This week's article will examine Stonehenge, which means "Hanging Stone" in more detail.
