How to Carve a Turkey
Finally, a good demo of a butcher's technique. Worth a couple minutes of your time if you haven't mastered this yet. Don't forget about good gravy.
My pie dough is in the fridge resting. The cranberry sauce is done. Green beans are blanched. Vegetables are chopped for dressing/stuffing. Compound butter is done.
One more deadline tonight then it's finally time to relax!
