It's a busy and hectic world we live in today. Many of us feel stressed out, over-worked and simply overwhelmed. Wouldn't it be nice to hear "job well done" or get a "thumbs up" from our boss or co-worker from time to time?
Blogging has become the new "black". For those of us who blog, it takes time, hard work and diligence to be a successful blogger. A true commitment. Being nominated for a blogging award is almost like getting a great big "thumbs up" from friends or complete strangers on a job well done.
There are various blogging awards available online and the Bloggers Choice Awards is just one of them. Over 15,000 blogs have been nominated on the BCA website as of this writing. There are many categories available to pick and choose from, including the Best Educational Blogger, Best Parenting Blog, Best Animal Blogger and even the wacky Worst Blog of All Time.
It is a simple and easy process. Simply visit the website and register. Once the confirmation email has been sent, you are able to nominate a blog you feel is extra-special, or vote for a blog someone else has nominated. You can nominate and vote for as many blogs as you like. Once a website is nominated, the BCA provides a link and "badge" the lucky nominee can place on his or her website. Vistiors can simply click on the badge and vote from the nominated blog rather than having to vote at the BCA website.
Hurry, voting ends Friday, October 19th, 2007 at 11:55 PM. The winners in each category will be recognized in a ceremony November 10, 2007, in Las Vegas, NV. After the ceremony, the results will be posted on the Bloggers Choice Awards website.
Good luck and happy voting!
