Israel Admits to Nuclear Weapons

Now he is in more trouble after apparently admitting on television that Israel did have weapons of mass destruction in the form of nuclear bombs.

Earlier this week opposition politicians condemned his actions, questioned his fitness to lead the country and said that his televised admission would cause great harm to Israel.

During the interview which took place at the same time as the Holocaust Conference in Iran, Olmert suggested that Germany sever its economic links with Iran claiming that they owed a greater obligation to Israel because of the Nazi policy of genocide towards the Jews.
