I'm always looking for non-drug ways to help reduce or eliminate ADHD-like behaviors. This time I think I found something everybody can do to stop hyperactivity, improve attention and conduct, and even help have healthier hair and nails.
It's called eating essential fatty acids. That's just a fancy name for things like leafy green vegetables, cold water fish, and walnuts, navy and soy and kidney beans.
I just posted an article with Laura Stevens, a nutrition researcher from artPurdue University who's conducted numerous research studies on EFA's and you can find it by clicking on ADHD and Essentisl Fatty Acids
