Do chemical imbalances cause ADHD

Just a note to let you know I've posted a new article. It examines chemical imbalance and its connection to ADHD. I think this is a fascinating subject---the "which comes first, the chicken or the egg" debate. Personally, I believe a lot of things we do---what we eat, think, do, etc.---affects our chemistry and then affects our thinking and acting.

If this is something you want to learn more about, to read the article, just click on What Causes ADD/ADHD?

Do you agree or disagree? At the bottom of the page, you can let your opinions be known. Start or add to the discussion. I'd love to hear from you. I'm sure you have a lot of good things to say.

Stay Well,

Carolyn
