ADHD and Impulsive Behavior

Let's face it, we're all impulsive sometimes, but that doesn't mean we should be diagnosed with ADHD.

The ADHD-like behavior called impulsivity only becomes a problem when we can't wait for someone to finish what they're doing, buy things without thinking through whether we need it, or speak first and engage brain later often enough that we damage our family, social, work, and/or school relationships.

Have a great week!
