Super Food Breakfasts

Studies show that kids who eat breakfast perform better in school. So why not get the kids off to a good start by serving them these healthy breakfasts?

If you're always in a rush and need a last minute breakfast, try blueberry banana smoothies. Just four ingredients in a blender, puree and voila! You've got a healthy breakfast packed with vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and protein.

When only a hot breakfast will do, try my Crockpot Oatmeal recipe. It's warm, soothing and can be made the night before. You wake up to a hearty breakfast with no work!

Kids with a sweet tooth will love my Cheerios breakfast cookies, chocolate chip scones, or chocolate breakfast cookies. They're sweet and they hit the spot. And with a tall glass of cold milk, they make a healthy breakfast.
