Smoothies

Study after study shows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Fruit smoothies are one of the easiest, tastiest and quickest breakfasts you can make. But smoothies are also great for snacks, dessert, and even lunch (with a salad or sandwich).

Don't stop at your local smoothie bar for your smoothies. Too often, restaurant smoothies are loaded with sugar and fake ingredients to ensure a long shelf life. These smoothie recipes are all natural, made with just fruits, 100 percent fruit juices and yogurt.

I recommend organic yogurt, such as Stonyfield, because it doesn't contain any fake sugars. But you can certainly use any yogurt you have on hand for these smoothies.
