I'm not normally a fan of bacon-and-egg, Atkins-style low carb diets. They work in the short term, but not in the long run.
Plus, I believe you need carbs for a healthy diet. Remember, all fruits and vegetables are carbohydrates. How can you eat healthy without them?
Still, I know lots of people watch their carb intake, whether for weight loss reasons or special health conditions, such as diabetes.
