A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of interviewing Tom Colicchio, chef/owner of New York's Gramercy Tavern and Craft restaurants (among others) and judge on Bravo TV's Top Chef series.
With the second season of Top Chef now underway, I thought you might enjoy hearing a bit of what I learned.
In addition to being a mega talent in the kitchen, the Top Chef judge is a likeable, easygoing guy, who was willing to share not only his behind-the-scenes opinions, but also his thoughts on what it takes to be a successful professional chef.
