Join the Race for the Cure Effort

Today I signed up to Sleep in for the Cure with the Richmond Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Instead of running in the Komen Race for the Cure, I’ll have the day free to spend as I choose. As part of Sleep in for the Cure I’ll receive the Race for the Cure t-shirt and a special race bib. I will still have the opportunity to support breast cancer research by raising funds to fight this deadly disease.

Anyone Can Sleep in for the Cure

I signed up to Sleep in for the Cure as part of the Racing with Renee team, but anyone who wants to raise funds for this worthy cause can sign up as an individual. The Richmond Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure website has general information about this year’s race and fund-raising activities. If you can’t be in Richmond on Mother’s Day weekend, why not support breast cancer research by signing on to Sleep in for the Cure?
