Spend Time with a Golf-Loving Spouse

I’ve written a few articles about spending time with a spouse and sharing hobbies together. Some spouses may be reluctant to share a game of golf with their partners due to being unfamiliar with the game or a low skill level. But there is no better time than the present to build a friendship with a spouse over a game of golf.

Share Time with a Spouse

In fact, whether it’s playing golf or sharing another hobby, time together is vital since Intimate Friendship Starts with Communication. It’s also a great way to spend an anniversary during hard economic times. Instead of searching for an expensive gift, Give the Gift of Time Together This Year.

Free Golf Days Available

It’s been less than a week since I wrote Wedding Anniversary Gifts for Golfers, and I’ve found something interesting in the June edition of Shape magazine. June was Women’s Golf Month and golf courses nationwide offered days with free lessons and more.

June is almost over, but it turns out there is more free golf and free golf lessons to be had. Play Golf America has lists of days and locations where golf is free this summer. There are several different types of free golf: Some free golf is for kids, some is for families and some is to support Play Golf America Days. Check out the website for where Play Golf America has free golf near you.
