According to Professor Wolfe, “we are just seeing the tip of the 'research' iceberg.” Weight lifting provides many health benefits; it enhances life physically and emotionally. Weighting lifting is the magic pill you have been looking for.
It’s unfortunate that a mass majority of the populace will only begin to exercise emphatically after being instructed by their physician. Exercise in these cases will likely be a prescription to help fight a disease or a condition that has developed due to poor diet and lack of physical activity. We all have choices; we can choose physical activity now or wait until exercise is mandatory and paramount to our survival.
