There are three cookbooks. One is for traditional phyllo (also spelled filo or fillo) dough, one for the little shaped filo tarts and the third features Greek Cooking. Shipping is $2.99 on each of the first two and $4.00 for the Greek Cookbook.

Many southern recipes work well with filo dough. I've been enjoying playing around with this interesting pastry that really does melt in your mouth.
