Favorite Vegetable - Vote

Around here, almost everyone has a garden. Some folks grow enough to eat all winter. Some have little patches with a few plants for summer eating.

One of my favorites summer vegetables is fresh corn. We boil it, of course. We also grill corn. Another great way to fix fresh corn is in the skillet. Check out my recipe for Fresh Corn Off the Cob.

Of course, I like most all the summer veggies. I'm not real keen on cucumbers, but if they're hidden in salads, I can eat those too.
