Everything just seems to taste better cooked outside over fire. I grew up grilling, and I've never grown tired of pulling out the Weber and making up a back yard feast.
Grilling has long been a southern tradition, but "barbecue" (as it's called in other parts of the country) is gaining in popularity every year. The average grill owning family now cooks about 2 meals outside per week.
