Alli Diet Pill - On the Market

Since the FDA gave the nod to the Alli diet pill last February and since it hit the store shelves this week, i'ts been a mass (no pun) frenzy. If you didn't get some already, then you may be out of luck - until the next shipment arrives.

If you look close to the information on Alli, then you'll see that you're expected to change your diet and exercise. DUH!

If you're eating a lot of fatty, Southern foods (which I do so love), then you will have problems. Let's call these gastro-intestinal problems and stock up on toilet paper.

Yeah. Alli does block out some fat. But, where does it go? And, is that how you really want to drop a couple of extra pounds? It's only like 5 to 10 % more than if you didn't take a drug that was once by perscription (and now over-the-counter at a lower dose).

At $90 for a month of the stuff, I'm thinking that's a lot of doughnuts. Just kidding. But, really, there are a lot of other things I'd like to do with close $100 per month. Sitting on the toilet is not on the list. I think I'll just buy more vegetables and fruits and take more walks myself.

Check out what Cheryl Trumen has to say at Kentucky.com. Call it Southern logic. You don't get nothing for free (especially this weight loss drug), and you don't get skinny without putting in some effort.

Dima :
It works, at least in short-term.
As for long-term, well we have to wait to see.
