Feeding your Toddler

Feeding a toddler can feel like a roller coaster. One day they will eat everything that you put in front of them and the next day they won't touch anything. It is frustrating as a parent to watch your toddler turn down food that you know is good for them but there is no good way to force a toddler to eat. The best way to go is have patience and continuing to offer a variety of healthy food. As long as you are doing your part in serving the foods that will help your toddler to grow healthy and strong it is up to your toddler to do the rest.

Offer one new type of food at each meal. If you pair new foods with old favorites not only will your toddler be more likely to try the new food, but you can rest assured that something (hopefully) will be eaten before the meal is over.
