The American Horticultural Society (AHS) has announced its 2007 gardening book award winners.
Two of the winners are of specific interest to flower gardeners and it's interesting to note both were published by Timber Press (2006):
Hellebores: A Comprehensive Guide by C. Colston Burrell & Judith Knott Tyler, and
Wildflowers of the Pacific Northwest by Mark Turner & Phyllis Gustafson.
The third winner is Defiant Gardens: Making Gardens in Wartime by Kenneth I. Helphand (Trinity University Press, 2006.)
Well done!
Here is the AHS press release about the awards if you want more details on the selection process.
