Thanks Everyone...

For some strange reason I've struggled to concentrate all day. The only real writing I managed to do was while I was trapped on the bus (okay, maybe 'trapped' is a little strong, but there was no way I was walking 5 miles to get home) for an hour this afternoon.

So only 447 words written today -- the first failure of November-- but luckily I'd built up an 800 word surplus on target, so I'm still on track. Just.

It wasn't helped by having to blog for Media Communications, having to write that *sodding* story for Creative Writing, and having a 1 hour project meeting.

Meanwhile, I've run out of steam to send individual thank you's -- so thank you Ann, James, Jonathan, Sabine & Rachel and anyone else that I've missed.

Normal service will be resumed tomorrow. I'm off to dinner now -- we're going out somewhere, but Mrs H won't tell me where.
