Losing Promotions For No Makeup

Lucy Chabot Reed wrote an article for the South Florida Business Journal about not wearing makeup and being passed up for promotions. The article, "Eyeing my career world without mascara" shares her story of what it is like for a professional woman who chooses to not wear makeup. After a close friend shares the "truth" of what makeup and career can bring, such as promotions and raises, Lucy got on board. She ran to the store and picked up some new cosmetics of her own.
